You might not be able to continue the training activities from the exact point where you previously stopped. This simply means a new activity has been added prior to your current progress in the training program.
2) What You Need To Do:
Click on any activity showing the lock icon 🔒
The platform will automatically take you to the required activity.
Complete that activity.
2) What You DO NOT Need To Do:
If the new activity is located in a section you haven’t reached yet, simply continue the program as usual.
