Program Structure:

Part  1: Communication Skills Modules  - The First Section

  • You will have until, Tuesday, 24 March 2026 to complete the Communication Skills Video Modules in this part of the program (Part 1), to get ready for the First Live Online Session with the instructor (will be held on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, at 6:00 pm Melbourne Time), which will focus on practicing what you have learned during these modules.

    • Part 2: First Live Online Session with the Instructor (Trang Nova)

  • Date: Wednesday, 25 March 2026
  • Time: 6:00 pm (Melbourne time)
  • Live Zoom Session: Students will take part in role-play practice based on the modules they've completed & receive feedback from the instructor + Q&A

    • Part 3: Communication Skills Modules - The Second Section

  • On Wednesday, 25 March 2026, you'll receive access to complete the Communication Skills Video Modules in Part 3 of the program, and you'll have until Tuesday, 7 April 2026 to complete this part. The modules in part 3 will prepare you for the Second Live Online Session with the instructor, Trang Nova, scheduled for Wednesday, 8 April 2026. During this session, you’ll practice and apply what you have learned in the modules.

    • Part 4: Second Live Online Session the Instructor (Trang Nova)

  • Date: Wednesday, 8 April 2026
  • Time: 6:00 pm (Melbourne time)
  • Live Zoom Session: Students will take part in role-play practice based on the modules they've completed & receive feedback from the instructor + Q&A

    • Part 5: Access to LearnPedia's Technical Course (Bonus)

  • After completing the Communication Skills Program and attending both Live Online Sessions with the instructor (Trang Nova), students will unlock LearnPedia’s Mini Course on "Common Roof and Wall Types in Residential Timber Construction Based on AS/NZS", with 1 week of access.
    Access to the Mini Course will be granted only at the end of the Second Live Online Session with Trang (Zoom), so attendance is required.
